1. Attendance Policy:
Regular attendance is crucial for consistent progress. Students are expected to attend all classes and notify the institute in case of unavoidable absences. Backup classes are available for missed lessons.
2. Discipline & Conduct:
All students are expected to maintain discipline and respect teachers, staff, and peers. Misbehavior may result in warnings or suspension as deemed necessary.
3. Study Material:
Students will receive structured course materials and modules for each subject. Materials are for personal use and cannot be copied or distributed externally.
4. Test & Evaluation Policy:
Regular assessments (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) are conducted. Performance reports will be shared with students and parents to track progress.
5. Doubt & Extra Classes:
Unlimited doubt-clearing sessions and backup classes are available. Students are encouraged to attend these to ensure complete understanding of topics.
6. Fees & Refund Policy:
Fee schedules will be provided at the time of enrollment. No refunds will be issued after the course has started unless under exceptional circumstances.
