Welcome to VIDYA JYOTI INSTITUTE. To maintain a disciplined, safe, and productive learning environment, all students are expected to follow the rules and regulations mentioned below.

1. Attendance

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly and be punctual.
  • Regular attendance is essential for academic progress.
  • Excessive absenteeism may affect course completion or certification.

2. Discipline

  • Students must maintain proper discipline and respect faculty members, staff, and fellow students.
  • Any form of misbehavior, harassment, bullying, or use of abusive language is strictly prohibited.
  • Students should follow all instructions given by the institute authorities.

3. Dress Code

  • Students are expected to wear neat, clean, and appropriate attire while attending classes.
  • Any specific dress code prescribed by the institute must be followed.

4. Identity Card

  • Students may be required to carry their Institute ID Card while on campus.
  • The ID Card should be produced whenever requested by the institute staff.

5. Mobile Phones

  • Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode during classes.
  • Using mobile phones for non-academic purposes during lectures is not permitted unless authorized by the instructor.

6. Fees

  • Course fees must be paid on or before the due date.
  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the institute.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of classes or other administrative actions.

7. Examination & Assessment

  • Students must follow all examination rules.
  • Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unfair practices will result in disciplinary action.
  • The institute’s evaluation decision shall be final.

8. Certificates

  • Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all academic and financial requirements.
  • Students must clear all pending dues before receiving certificates.

9. Institute Property

  • Students must take proper care of institute property, including classrooms, furniture, computers, and equipment.
  • Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence may result in compensation charges.

10. Safety & Security

  • Students should follow all safety instructions issued by the institute.
  • Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to the institute authorities.
11. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain honesty and integrity.
  • Respect the rights and opinions of others.
  • Keep the campus clean and hygienic.
  • Follow all academic and administrative guidelines.

12. Institute Rights

VIDYA JYOTI INSTITUTE reserves the right to:

  • Modify course schedules or curriculum whenever necessary.
  • Update fees, policies, or rules without prior notice.
  • Take disciplinary action against students violating institute rules.
  • Suspend or terminate admission in cases of serious misconduct.

13. Amendments

The institute may revise these Rules & Regulations from time to time. Updated policies will become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.

By enrolling in any course at VIDYA JYOTI INSTITUTE, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Rules & Regulations.
